We ship USPS First Class and Priority depending on weight, with shipments generally leaving the warehouse within two days of ordering. Sometimes we get slammed or even have to bust out a quick run of shirts due to overwhelming demand, in which case it may take us a couple of extra days. We wil try to let you know when it gets longer than any of us would like.

Customs charges for international orders are the sole responsibiliy of the recipient. We wil not alter customs declarations.

If we messed up and you didn’t receive what you ordered, email us at sysop@footdown.cc and we will make it right. We can’t exchange shirts for other sizes or designs, it’s just not worth it for either of us or society at large to ship single shirts back and forth, but email us and we’ll try to work something out that leaves us all happy.

It happens, but honestly less than you’d think. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to start the search process and file a claim.
